Our Certified Performance Consultants use a systematic approach in designing customized interventions that are linked to achieving your business objectives, quantifiable return on investment, and creating sustainable change.
We assist our clients in developing a sound strategy based on our 4-Step Process (Educate & Assess, Development, Implementation, and Measurement). We can do as much or as little as you, the client, desires.
Our approach follows the process flow of:
EDUCATE & ASSESS
The purpose of the education/assessment process is to ensure alignment with the definition of service excellence within the organization, thereby ensuring common baseline knowledge. Our action-oriented presentations and workshops are designed to enlighten leaders by creating a heightened awareness of what is necessary to close the gap between mediocre and superior performance.
DEVELOPMENT
Based on the detailed gap analysis and execution strategy, our skilled Instructional Designers and Performance Consultants will create tailored interventions and training curriculum that meet the uniqueness of an organization’s service philosophy.
IMPLEMENTATION
Through our customized improvement plans, we offer not only the knowledge of practical improvement processes but also the means/ability to put them into practice. Our certified service consultants work side-by-side with an organization’s Service Excellence Team to implement and sustain the processes prescribed for improvement.
MEASUREMENT
We work with clients to determine the best measurement tools, based on the maturity of their Service Excellence initiative to measure their return on investment.
