The Six Principles of Service Excellence half-day workshop is offered quarterly at our Corporate Offices in Atlanta, GA and can also be offered on-site at your location of choice.
The Six Principles of Service Excellence book is available in hardcover ($24.95) and soft cover ($15.50). We highly recommend book as required reading for every leader within your organization. A companion workbook with over fifteen worksheets is available at $199.95. The workbook is excellent for the individual within an organization who has been charged with overseeing the Service Excellence initiative.
Also, Theo Gilbert-Jamison’s recent interview about Performance Solutions by Design and The Six Principles of Service Excellence is also available on CD for your listening at $10. However, when the CD is purchased with the book or workbook, the cost is $5/CD. Last, our whitepaper can also be downloaded from our website, free of charge.
