As consultants, our role is to create the roadmap; it is up to the organization to follow that path. We start every initiative by asking senior leadership, “What is your vision for this initiative?” We want to know, what is the desired state they wish to achieve? Once the vision is set by senior leadership, we create the path or execution strategy to get their. In the end, successful organizations create fully engaged employees, who understand their role and importance in driving excellence, higher customer loyalty, and increased revenue and profitability.
