Our team has possesses expertise in nine specific disciplines: Human Resources, Training & Development, Instructional Design, Organizational Development & Effectiveness, Workplace Safety & Security, Customer & Employee Satisfaction Survey Design & Administration, Total Quality Management , Strategic Planning, Human Performance Improvement and much more. Furthermore, our Performance Consultants are also professional trainers and certified facilitators of The 7 Habits of Highly Effectively People Workshop, and Situational Leadership II. Our consultants also worked with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company through two Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Awards (1992 and 1999).
