The Six Principles of Service Excellence are at the core of everything for Performance Solutions by Design. The Principles are ordered to reflect our methodology in achieving Service Excellence. Each Principle is a step in the journey towards Service Excellence.
The first level of progress is to create the basis for the culture. This is done through Principle One, Vision and Mission followed by Principle Two, Business Objectives and Principle Three, Service Standards. These may need to be reviewed, revised, or even created for your organization. The second level of progress is to create the basis for sustainability through Principle Four, Intervention and Learning Strategy and the implementation of such once established and Principle Five, Organizational Alignment to keep the entire organization focused. The third level of progress is to create the basis for credibility through Principle Six, Measurement and Leadership Accountability.
