Focused on our Leaders of the FUTURE

Did you know… A survey by Harvard Business Review  found that only 36% of Senior Executives tangible receive feedback from their colleagues and direct reports. This suggests that a significant portion of executives may not be getting the input they need to understand their impact and make necessary improvements. Well our recent Executive Forum shattered those statistics in a positive way.

Thank you to the Executives and Leaders from across the country who convened to attend our recent Executive Forum. It was a powerhouse of information, knowledge sharing, and collaboration coming from an esteemed group of like-minded leaders that included thought-leaders, entrepreneurs, and business influencers.

I was honored and elated to be in the midst of like-minded leaders who in their own industries are focused on making a difference in paving the way for our next generation of leaders. They provided so much awesome input on how organizations and senior leaders can make a significant impact in attracting and retaining young professionals, and much of their input will be instrumental in making our upcoming 2-day GenZ Leadership Summit as success.
